The problem
Without formal training, education, or a safety net, many women have no realistic route to formal employment. Family income is dependent on irregular agricultural or domestic work that pays badly and offers no security.
Our approach
A six-month vocational programme in tailoring, food processing, or small-scale poultry care, combined with bookkeeping and market access training. Every graduate receives the starter kit she needs to begin earning immediately.
